The Centre City Development Corp. board on Dec. 14 elected Jennifer LeSar as chair, Fredric Maas as vice chair, Robert A. McNeely treasurer, Gil Johnson secretary and Wayne Raffesberger director.

LeSar, appointed to the board in 2002, replaces Hal Sadler, who resigned as chairman Dec. 9. She is investment manager and senior vice president at Bank of America.

Maas, who joined the board in July, is the president and chief executive officer of Black Mountain Ranch LLC.

McNeely, appointed to the board in 2003, is the senior vice president and manager of the corporate community development division at Union Bank of California.

Johnson, originally appointed to the board in 1993 and reappointed in 2000, is the president and co-founder of Procurement Concepts, Inc., a consulting firm in San Diego.

Raffesberger, appointed in 2003, is a self-employed attorney and business consultant, specializing in land use, local government, alternative energy and small-business issues.
