A College Area apartment complex has been sold for nearly $3 million.
The Spanish Family 199 Trust bought the complex from The David W. Figg Trust.
Dylan Wright, vice president of ACRE Investment Real Estate Services and Matt Robinson, a senior director at ACRE, represented the seller.
The buyer was represented by ACRE Vice President David Andrews.
Built in 1976, the 10072 square-foot complex is on a 15,036 square-foot lot and has 16 apartments with 12 parking spaces and three double garages and a laundry room.
There are 14 one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and two two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments.
